Legal Intern
We are looking for a Legal Intern to support our team on the legal research, drafting and documentation that underpins our advisory work. You will get hands on exposure to cross-border commercial agreements and the legal considerations that come with India-Europe trade.
What You’ll Do
Research legal and regulatory topics relevant to India-Europe trade and market entry
Draft and review agreements, contracts and notices
Write legal articles and briefs for internal use and client-facing content
Support due diligence and documentation for client engagements
Assist with compliance checks across Indian and Spanish/EU requirements where relevant
What We’re Looking For
Pursuing or holding a law degree (LLB or equivalent)
Strong research and written drafting skills
Attention to detail and comfort working with formal legal language
Interest in international trade, corporate or commercial law
Prior internship or coursework in contract law, corporate law or trade law is a plus, though not required
