Business Matchmaking
Europe.
Europe Desk

The right European
introduction, made personally.

Finding the right European partner, distributor, buyer, or investor is not a research problem. It is a relationships problem. Most Indian and international businesses that attempt European expansion underestimate how much commercial progress in Spain and the EU depends on personal introductions from trusted contacts rather than cold outreach.

We are based in Bilbao. We are commercially active in Spain every day. Our European network has been built through years of direct engagement with distributors, buyers, investors, and commercial partners across Spain and the broader EU market. We know who is genuinely looking for new partners and who is merely politely curious.

We do not send you a directory of names. Every introduction comes with our personal verification of the candidate's capacity, genuine interest, and commercial fit. If we would not put our own reputation on the line for the introduction, we do not make it.
Four Introduction Types

Every introduction
done correctly.

Each category requires a different network, a different due diligence process, and a different type of relationship. We do not treat a distributor search and a joint venture search as the same engagement.

01

Spanish and EU Distributors

We identify distributors across Spain and key EU markets with proven networks in your product category, verified commercial capacity, and active interest in new lines. Every candidate is checked against the criteria that matter most for your specific product: sector experience, geographic coverage, existing portfolio, and financial standing.

02

Joint Venture Partners

Establishing a joint venture in Spain or Europe requires a partner with aligned strategic intent, compatible culture, and the operational capacity to execute. We identify candidates, conduct substantive due diligence, structure the introduction at the right level of seniority, and stay involved through early negotiations to ensure the relationship starts on solid ground.

03

Buyers and Importers

We connect exporters with verified Spanish and European importers who have active procurement budgets, existing import infrastructure, and real purchasing authority. Our focus is on buyers we have direct access to, not contact-form submissions to procurement departments.

04

Investors and Strategic Partners

For businesses seeking European capital or a strategic partner to support their EU expansion, we make introductions to investors and corporates who are actively looking for the type of partnership you represent. We do not approach passive funds. We engage investors who have operational interest in the sector and the geography.

What Makes It Work

Why personal introductions
convert when cold outreach does not.

European commercial culture, particularly in Spain and the Basque Country, places high weight on personal trust and warm introductions. A referral from a known contact moves faster, gets taken more seriously, and starts the commercial relationship at a different level than any email campaign can achieve.

Common Questions

Matchmaking in Europe. Answered.

What businesses ask us before starting a European matchmaking engagement. Direct answers, no jargon.

How long does it take to find a verified distributor in Spain or Europe?
For most categories, we identify and vet a shortlist of two to four candidates within four to eight weeks of receiving a clear brief. Food and consumer products with established import channels tend to move faster. Industrial and technical products with specific requirements take longer. We give you a realistic timeline at the start of each engagement, not an optimistic one.
Do you have direct contacts in the Spanish retail and food import sector?
Yes. Our strongest direct networks in Spain are in food and beverage import, industrial components, agricultural inputs, professional services, and real estate. For food specifically, we have direct relationships with Spanish importers, category managers, and food service distributors who are actively looking for quality international suppliers.
What sectors do you cover in Europe?
Our deepest networks are in food and agricultural products, industrial machinery and components, technology and IT services, pharmaceuticals and wellness, agri-tech, and professional services. For categories outside our direct network, we are transparent about the distinction and will tell you before taking on an engagement.
How is this different from attending a trade fair?
Trade fairs generate contacts. We generate relationships. The difference is due diligence, context, and follow-through. Every candidate we introduce has been verified before you meet them. We attend the first meeting with you. We stay involved through the negotiation. A trade fair card does none of those things.
Can you find European buyers for products we are exporting from India?
Yes. This is one of the most active parts of our work. We connect Indian exporters with verified Spanish and EU importers and buyers across food, agricultural products, textiles, industrial goods, and manufactured products. The starting point is always a clear brief on product specification, volume, certifications, and target price.
